  • How far is this property from King Street?

    This property is only 3 blocks from upper King Street shopping, dining and nightlife! 

  • Is there Wifi?

    Yes! All of our properties have high speed Wifi.

  • Is there cable TV?

    Our properties do not have local cable television. Smart TVs are provided in all living rooms and allow for streaming of movies, news and shows. 

  • Is parking included?

    Yes! All units include one off-street parking space on site. If additional parking is needed, we recommend the midtown garage located about 4 blocks away. 

  • Do you allow pets?

    We do allow one well-trained dog per suite. There is an additional $50 pet fee and dogs are not permitted to be left at the property unattended.

Cancelation Policy:

Guests who cancel their reservation 14 or more days before arrival will receive a full refund, which will be processed back to the original credit card used for booking within 5 business days. Guests who cancel 3 to 13 days before their scheduled check-in will be charged for the first night, plus applicable taxes and cleaning fees, with the remainder of their stay refunded. For reservations canceled less than 3 days before arrival, including no-shows, no refund will be issued.

Please note that this cancellation policy applies only to reservations made directly through our website. To cancel a reservation made through Airbnb, Expedia, or another third-party booking platform, guests must contact those platforms directly, as their cancellation policies will apply.
