  • How far is this property from King Street?

    This property is only 3 blocks from upper King Street shopping, dining and nightlife! 

  • Is there Wifi?

    Yes! All of our properties have high speed Wifi.

  • Is there cable TV?

    Our properties do not have local cable television. Smart TVs are provided in all living rooms and allow for streaming of movies, news and shows. 

  • Is parking included?

    Yes! All units include one off-street parking space on site. If additional parking is needed, we recommend the midtown garage located about 4 blocks away. 

  • Do you allow pets?

    We do allow one well-trained dog per suite. There is an additional $50 pet fee and dogs are not permitted to be left at the property unattended.

Cancelation Policy:

Travelers who cancel 5 or more days before the day of check-in are charged no fee and will be refunded to the credit card of which the booking was made within 5 business days. Travelers who cancel less than 5 days before the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 1 night plus and applicable taxes & cleaning fees. For reservations canceled less than 24 hours prior to check in, no refund is given. Please note this cancelation policy applies to reservations made through our website only. To cancel a reservation made through Airbnb, Expedia, or another third party booking website the cancelation must be made directly with them and is subject to their cancelation policy.  To cancel a booking made through our website,  please email us at: allhospitalityteam@gmail.com.
